Staff Brightens Up the Stay

In-room kitchenettes for convenience

this hotel was a complete letdown, my door was practically crowbarred into after arriving, not exactly the welcome I imagined. also, breakfast was okay, but the area was a chaotic mess. with the amount I paid, I truly expected at least a complimentary bottled water in my room. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were amazing and so delicious. check-in was a bit disorganized.

The breakfast selection included an enticing pancake machine, allowing guests to whip up their own breakfast delights. Additionally, the location provided easy access to local dining and shopping, perfect for grabbing a bite or picking up snacks on the fly.

Upon entering room 221, the door showed signs it had been forced, with noticeable scratches and a malfunctioning lock—quite unsettling, I’d say. The breakfast area felt cramped, creating a chaotic food grab atmosphere during peak times. Lastly, while I paid a premium for my stay, it seemed more aligned with a city experience than the rural charm of the area.

Had a great time with friends! After exploring the trails just 92 miles away, we relaxed at the pool. The Keurig in our room was a hit, and the breakfast options were solid to fuel our adventures. The local attractions like the Ford Theatre made our stay even better.

One thing to note is that power outlets near the bed were hard to find, which made charging our devices a bit tricky at times.

i had a fantastic stay at holiday inn express. the friendly staff exceeded my expectations with quick check-in and a very clean room. breakfast was a highlight with those delicious cinnamon rolls, setting the perfect tone for relaxation after my previous hotel experience.

Exceptional bed linens and fluffy pillows created a cozy environment. The breakfast spread was outstanding, particularly the delicious cinnamon rolls and pancakes, which elevated my morning. However, the parking access was confusing and could be made more straightforward. Additionally, I found the noise levels around the hotel to be a bit disruptive at times, slightly detracting from an otherwise peaceful stay.

Great amenities and friendly service

I really appreciated the in-room Keurig coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whenever I wanted. The breakfast had a nice selection, including an automatic pancake machine that I loved using. However, the access to the hotel via the convoluted route through the parking lot can be a bit confusing, especially for first-time visitors.

I really enjoyed my stay. the comfy pillows and the spacious bathroom were a nice touch. The indoor pool was perfect for some relaxing swims after a long day, and the fitness center had a variety of equipment that kept me active. One small thing was the breakfast could’ve had a few more options, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

The staff was super friendly and went outta their way to help. Breakfast was better than adequate with fresh fruit and a pancake machine that was just awesome! Really close to all the attractions in Wabash, too.
